Original spelling and origin of the term Jacamo.

The word originated in 1979 and was used as a derogatory term for people residing in Jackson County Missouri that drove poorly or acted in a moronic way. Hence the original spelling was JACOMO.
Setting 1979 near Lee’s Summit Missouri, “Did you see that JACOMO (Jacamo) cut me off in that green Pinto?”
