Your thoughts or feelings can usually keep you up, or sometimes you can just drift into being unhappy and remain that way until you get up.

The phrase "sad nibba hours" presumably was coined in reference to people with depressive disorders who stay up late into the night, looking at memes and suppressing the excruciating pain of reality.
