A military term for someone who thinks ahead, and shows a good amount of dependability.

Can also be used in a negative manner, see example B.

Hey, high-speed, good work on getting the trucks up.

Stoned drivers who think they're going 65 MPH when they're really going 25 MPH.

Ant: How fast are you going?
Jay: I think 65. Never mind, I'm going 12.

Ant: Dude, you're driving so slow right now.
Jay: I know. I'm sorry. I'm just really high.

Had I not been driving at high speed, I probably would have hit that deer... and I probably would've hit that kid who ran onto the street for his kickball.

The title refers to what happens to a skydiver when his parachute doesn't deploy: you hit the dirt at very high speed and most likely die.

high-speed lips

(n.) this term derives from the acronym DSL (aka. dick-sucking lips). The term came about as a play on the acronym which is also an acronym used commonly to refer to an available internet service; high-speed internet. Thus, the progression was to coin the phrase "high-speed lips" when referring to DSLs (dick-sucking lips).
(As a side note, DSLs are commonly denoted by their abnornal thickness)

- Man, that girl has gone some seriously high-speed lips.
- Yeah, she's got the high-speed lips.
