a family originated in england. immagrating to the lovely new york city around the 1910 time frame. most of them now live in the bronx or yonkers. very ghetto. not italian but they might as well be. if you mess with one, you mess with them all. its ussually a good idea to find out if you are fighting with someone if they are a haywood.

Haywood

The ghetto-est place in Tennessee outside of Orange Mound and Frayser. At one point it had the #1 HIV rate for any county in the United States. Characterized by countless crack junkies, gas stations with greasy fried chicken by the pound (and Jungle Juice by the gallon), and about 4 white people. Highlights are Scott Street, Stanton, Grand Buffet on main street (damn good Chinese food) and the carnival that comes every few years across from the old Wal Mart.

Jack: I went to visit my cousin in Haywood this weekend..
Joe: Go get yourself tested. Now. By the way, did you eat at Grand Buffet? It kicks ass.
