A person who goes out of their way to cause trouble, generally in the form of spam.

Fleeb usually travel in packs and are thought to be bottom-feeders.

Did you see that guy's posts on the RMB? He's such a fleeb.

Feeling an abnormal amount of serenity in a specific moment, feeling calm and collected. It can also be used to refer to the first object of a set containing two things like latter and former.

John: Hey man how you doin?
Dave: Pretty nice, feeling fleeb.

John: Did you mean the fleeb or the shinziggle?

John: Because if you mean fleeb, we might need to buy some extra soap man
