Fekla is a name used for a person that is usually very kind hearted towards you and/or other people. They get misunderstood most of the time for many different reasons but no matter what they always have a positive attitude. Fekla is someone who is always depended on and gets overwhelmed with all of it so give them time to themselves, in saying that this doesn't mean they don't care about you.
