A group of people living in the lowest level of city food chain, dreaming about marrying a stunning beautiful woman (so called goddess), and being critic for anything that government is going to do, anything. This word is first invented in one of China's most famous BBS, Baidu tieba. People often say diaosi is a style of living.

Diansa is a girls name. She is normally very beautiful but has hidden flaws she doesn’t like people to know, the flaws a normally only minor but to her they are major and no one really notices them, they think she’s flawless.
