So,an explanation would be that a person acts like they are one way, but in actuality they have an underlying motive and quietly and sneakily put their scheme into action in order to get what they want by any means. They do not act in the open it is done with craftiness and cunning.

people get delirious when they havent had enough sleep or you have WAY too much sugar, especially soda. when youre delirious you do one or more of the following:

1. randomly laugh uncontrolably
2. rock back and forth like a retard
3. go long periods of time without blinking
4. you get frequent urges to poke some innocent person and skip away giggling

A state of a croud or large group of people close to a full-blown riot. Its more of a state of being in which there is great tension in the air and there is a realistic threat of civil unrest, window breaking, car flipping and other such riot-related events.

After the Longhorns won the national championship, downtown Austin was in a state of demiriot with everyone honking their horns as well as displaying them in total chaos.
