Somebody who lives in the Irish countryside. This word is used exclusively by jackeens, and so in fact means anyone from outside Dublin.

Culchie Uno, otherwise known as Jack Changes, is a card game with the same rules as Uno but uses a regular deck of cards since the luxury of having a specific deck of cards for one game doesn't yet exist outside of Dublin.
After a long day of cutting turf and milking cows, Dave and his brother spent the evening playing Culchie Uno by candlelight .
