(n.) a poser that pretends that they are from the Dirty South hip-pop culture movement, typically found in suburban areas and what is generally considered 'flyover' country between US coastlines. Natural habitat can exist anywhere outside of the ATL. Usually found at local shopping centers, and can be readily identifed by Fubu plumage, fake diamonds, and mouth full of assorted metals.
