Captain save a hoe, is when a friend is in need or in trouble and they call you and say captain save a hoe then you HAVE to help them with whatever they are in trouble with. They only get 4 captain save a hoe every 6-12 months.

My friend Anna called me today as I was on my way to work saying she ran out of gas on the back roads and proclaimed "Captain save a hoe". I had to call in late for work to go help her.
