The part of a night in between what you can remember and waking up the next day not knowing what happened, or maybe even where you are. It could be minutes or hours,and is usually caused by consuming too much alcohol.

A day of solitude for people of color.
An example is the Tiktok Blackout where people focused on black creators and gave them extra love.
Black out day on July 7th, 2020 asks all people of color to not spend a dollar. A life costs so much, so we have to show them (the police) that they cannot just take it away so easily.

A phrase used to describe what guilty white people decided to call activism when in reality they did not want to bother to help in any way that actually takes any effort. If you planned on taking real action that could actually help, and you did not want to take part in an Instagram challenge, then you did not take part in blackout Tuesday.

A state of mental and physical impairment you enter after reaching a blood alcohol level of .20, which causes you to act in an uncontrollable manner. Unfortunately, the black out enables you to recall any of the events that occurred while acting so recklessly, and almost always guarantees awaking to wounds you do not remember getting or next to a person you do not remember sleeping with.
