baot-is 

A type of best Norwegian icecream that has the shape of a loaded boat. Its proper name is båt-is. Western Norwegians (just like Faroese and icelanders in the farther west) normally pronounce the letter 'å' as 'ao', while in standard Norwegian it is like a simple 'o' in 'rock'.

"Baot-is" is a "meme"* created by norwegians 12 year olds wasting time on artige.no
"Baot-is" is directly translated to "Boat-ice" or "ice cream-boat" which is a popular ice cream in norway. baot-is as a meme can not be defined as it has no origins or any specific meaning behind it.
It's just that stupid.

Baot-is 

A ice cream sold in Scandinavia, "båt-is" (Called "Glass-båt" in sweden.). Their almost identical the 3 of them, obviously, shaped like boat. The cone shaped like a boat holds the fillings of vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce in the very middle.

The translation "Baot is" comes from the accent they speak in Songdal in Norway, when they switch the letter "å" with "ao".

Some say it started with a celeberty in Norway, called Tone Damli Aaberge said this on TV. Then later on someone made a meme on the famous website Artige.no
