A “white Zaddy” is a word used to describe a white male dating or in a relationship with a black female. Origins are from the black manosphere.

Latasha was getting sick of Rodney and his inability to entertain her after his 14 hour shift trucking shift. So she left him and got Brian, a white Zaddy.

Traditionally - an ornamental metal sleeve and ring that would hold a porcelain cup. In modern times, it's the little cardboard sleeve they put around your cup of coffee at Starbucks.
