A term used in the sales industry to signify a market that is based on people dropping prices to get the sale. In other words, there are 10 competitors selling products that are very similar. The lowest price wins. This market is considered "whored-out".

"Whored Up" is a term used when someone was intentionally ignored or unacknowledged when spoken to and/or greeted.
(Note: This may just be a baltimore thing.)

"Chris walked right by me without saying anything. I just got whored up!"
Can also be used in different forms.
