Transitional Glasses

Glasses that change from normal glasses to sunglasses according to the amount of light in their location. Mainly worn by autistic, karate-fighting kids. Often accompanied by a head-strap to keep the glasses on in physical circumstances (eg. karate, bullying episodes, etc). Also worn by douchebags that like to wear sunglasses in the winter.

Person 1: Hey, who's that kid hiding under his coat with the transitional glasses?
Person 2: Oh, that's Davey. Don't bother him or he'll hiss at you.

Transitional Joe

A boyfriend that comes soon after a big break-up, who is more of a friend than a lover.

Josef was a "transitional joe" for Casey, after she broke up with Steven. It got her mind off of the bad times she was going through, her transition between being taken to being single.

Transitional Gay

A gay male, who is usually more feminine, that helps a curious straight male experiment.

After this experience, or several of them, the straight male will either go on to date gay men or women, and leave behind the transitional gay.

The transitional gay is never the one a curious male dates, because once the curious male decides he is gay the transitional gay is now to feminine for him.

transectional

Someone who started off on one instrument but changed to another and no longer plays their old instrument and no longer belongs in that section hence transectional. Used commonly among the Sax family and Brass Family

Person 1: Yo you see john over there

Person 2: yeah the flute player? what about him
Person 1: He's transectional

Person 2: No way
Person 1: Yep in 4th grade he played alto sax

Transactionalized

The requirement that interactions between individuals, organizations, and similar be consistently good.

All media is transactionalized. Individual exchanges of value are transactions. But so is every conversation, every email, every experience you have. And the organizations that are responsible for those transactions are increasingly responsible for delivering a high value experience with every transaction. There are so many options for how people interact with media that every thing you do is important and meaningful. If you don’t deliver value, there is someone waiting in the wings who can, and your audience will find them.
