Someone is toxic and cute at the same time. It can also be used to describe pets. Note that the word "toxic" is being used in a joking way.

My dog is unbelievably cute and I could pet him all day, but he'll get pretty toxic if we don't let him steal our socks. I think it's safe to say he's "toxicute"!!!!
