A brat is a person that always gets what they want and the rules are bent in their favor. They end up with the best of everything - with legal clearance and priveledge.

Expression used to describe something negatively-a replacement or substitute for "the worst." It originates from the word "bratwurst." "This song is the worst" becomes "this song is the wurst," which becomes "this song is the brats."

That girl just spilled her drink on our futon. That's the brats.
