Abbreviation for "Teenage DickHead." - a large subset of teenagers, almost always (99.9%) male, who enjoy acting like idiots, being obnoxious, and making fun of people for no good reason.
It is speculated that these teens have contracted a viral illness called "teenage dickheaditis," which can be caught as early as 13 years old. The infection clears by age 25, if not sooner.
Sometimes a really good ass-kicking will cure the infection spontaneously.

Test-Driven Hyperactivity Disorder. A developer's inability to concentrate on the needed design (e.g., for a web application) because s/he's frantically hopping back and forth between testing and coding a minimal example. Often seen in Test-Driven Design and Behavior-Driven Design exercises.
In a frenzy of pair programming and TDHD, Alice and Bob have managed to reach a local maximum (i.e., sweet spot) in their web application's design. Unfortunately, the global maximum design is totally different and basically unreachable by any rational amount of refactoring...
