So yeah, It's an actual PNG that people warship because they think if they do things for "the spawn" they'll get a second life in the end. It's a clipart png. It also originated from a Roblox game named Forsaken, where a character (two time) worshiped it and killed their best friend for a second life. This didn't work though, and they got dragged in to Forsaken, where the Spectre gave him his second life just to fulfill the false belief. The entire story was telling people not to trust cults, but some people took it as a true fact.
