Acting very pretentious and egotistical after managing to get a thot for a girlfriend. Those guilty of skeletoning also push their closest friends out of their lives and act like they are the only one with problems. Usually those accused of skeletoning are ignored when they are around people they used to be close to. Namesake is after a lad who does these things who happens to look like a skeleton.

Friend 1: Did you see he got a girlfriend?
Friend 2: Yeah I heard she's a real thot.
Friend 1: Let's hope he doesn't start skeletoning.
