Shiznottle is used a lot by people who pretend to be ghetto. They are afraid to seem preppy and use "cool" so they use shiznottle instead. It's used by private school people in San Francisco.

That is most definitely (or mos def) off the shiznottle.

Hurts alot of if you ate spicy food first.
