A stikaloo is a person who is paid by advertisers to slap stickers onto random peoples faces. Stikaloos are also some times seen as dangerious and for that reason there is the stikaloo police, they moderate and keep stikaloos in place.

shakalolo

shakalolo means "natural high" or "naturally buzzed" as opposed to pakalolo, which would give a marijuana high. It is a combination of the word "shaka" (right-on bro, etc.) and "lolo" (mildly crazy as opposed to "lulu", totally crazy). Feeling buzzed from anything that is non-edible, non-injectable, or non-smokeable.

"Let's get totally shakalolo on the music." Or, "that person makes me totally shakalolo."
