He is the ONLY one that can make everything okay for EVERYONE he thinks he is responsible for. Usually adults that have already taken advantage of his generous nature. Or people who have not asked for help but he is going to step in and HANDLE everything for them because ONLY HE can rescue them from the perceived crisis

Captain save a hoe, is when a friend is in need or in trouble and they call you and say captain save a hoe then you HAVE to help them with whatever they are in trouble with. They only get 4 captain save a hoe every 6-12 months.
My friend Anna called me today as I was on my way to work saying she ran out of gas on the back roads and proclaimed "Captain save a hoe". I had to call in late for work to go help her.
