Quane, pronounced "qwayne", is like queen but taken to the next level. Basic bitches think they're queens but the QUANE is the alpha. He/she is the omega. No one is better and no one does it better. The quane can't and won't be topped.

A neologism coined in "The Stakeout" episode of the television series "Seinfeld", "quone" was a word used by Mrs. Seinfeld in a Scrabble game. It was found by Jerry to not be a real word, but Kramer insists that it means "to sedate". Whether or not this word has been adapted remains to be seen.

The private part of a males body. Generally used to say at school so you can not get in trouble. It was also created so you an say it and it sounds appropriate and the person you are telling it to will have a general understanding of what you are referring to.
