"Pulento" means "cool" in Chilean Spanish. It is generaly used by poor people in the donwtown of Santiago de Chile, the capital city of the country.

"Está pulento tu celular nuevo"
("It is very "Pulento" your new cell phone)

A code name referring to a White Girl/Guy that was originated in Hawaii and brought to Washington. Often used around a White Girl in code sequence when you want to talk about her without her knowing. Same goes for a guy.
