Parkinson’s law

Despite common misconceptions, Parkinson’s law is in fact more akin to Poka Yoke whereby a relentless focus on increasing the efficiency of an organization through any means necessary benefits both employees and shareholders.
When a management consultant applied Parkinson’s law to make my call center more efficient by requiring us to badge in to use the bathroom, I was initially upset because I could no longer take a nap in the stall after lunch, but soon realized I got more done at work at slept better at night. Win win!

Parkinson's Fade

Look at that civil cub with the parkinson's fade

Parkinson's law

Parkinson's law states that "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion". In the context of time management, this means that if you allocate a week for a task that could realistically be done in a few hours, it will likely take the entire week to complete, leading to inefficiency and procrastination.
I thought I could knock out that report in a couple of hours, but thanks to Parkinson's law, I ended up stretching it over the whole week just because I had the time.

Alcohol Induced Parkinson's

Alcohol Induced Parkinson's (or AIP), is the term used to describe the uncontrollable, Parkinson's-esque tremors experienced after a heavy night on the sauce. Main culprits are spirits, sugary cocktails and highly caffeinated beverages. Not to be confused with cold induced shivers or regular Parkinson's.
Oli: "Why are you shaking so much?"
Pete: "Got way too drunk last night, woke up with a serious case of Alcohol Induced Parkinson's today."

Rosa Parkinson’s

it’s a disease where if you can’t sit at the front of the bus you die.
Timothy:Let me sit at the front of the bus bro
Chad:Why

Timothy:Because I have rosa parkinson’s

Chad:Shit bro that’s all you had to say

Rosa Parkinson's

A disease characterized by the inability to get up from your bus seat when told to.

Other symptoms include the difficulty to follow directions, an enlarged ego, a love of sitting up front, and being black.
"She wouldn't move to the back even though the front is dedicated for the handicapped."

"She must have a severe case of Rosa Parkinson's."

Parallel Parkinson's

An inability to parallel park. Sufferers of this disease may try five and six times to guide their vehicle into an open space before finally giving up, and leaving the automobile 2-3 feet from the curb at an awkward angle.
Her Parallel Parkinson's always seemed to flare up when she found a space in front of a restaurant with a big window full of on-lookers.
