The largest shopping mecca in the state. The kids of paramus spend their nights at the local applebees and mall almost every weekend in the winter beccuase there is nothing else to do in this town. A richy rich town where you get an $50,000 car for your first car. Everyone says we party hard, yeahh... thats not true at all there are absolutley no parties in this town. You will probably find about half of paramus down at the Jersey shore over the summer. We think we're tough, but really we arent at all.

A town in Bergen County, NJ. It's also know becuase of the enormous amounts of malls or shops here. There are 3 main malls: GSP (the most populated/older kids usually seen there), Paramus Park (younger kids), and Bergen Mall (idk..they have wholefoods and stuff). Mostly white, and the rest are asians with very small amount of blacks and a good amount of indians, arabs, hispanics, etc. It has...many elementary schools, two middle schools (west and east brook) and 1 high school. East Brook and West Brook students seems to be COMPLETELY different. The westbrookers in my grade are the more bigger, more party-ers, and richer people, but they're nice. Eastbrook are just...nice people. PHS is decent. The music program is nationally recognized. We actually have a good sports program and it's getting better. We're not all rich, that's a myth. This town is mostly middle to upper middle so we don't ALL drive BMW or mercedes and such, its common, but we have hondas and toyotas too. The people here are all generally nice, unlike some other towns. I think we don't have a problem with any towns except RW. This place is not ghetto at all (and we dont try to be). We barely have any drugies, but the drugies are generally accepted. A lot or people party. The Asians are your not so typical asians here....trust me. I'm one of them. We also have a double of everything you can imagine. This place is empty on Sundays.

a town consisting of a wide variety of people. yes there is an upper class, but for the majority it is not wealthy. for ex. tony. but then again you have the kids whose parents buy them everything they want, for ex. kurt. its actually a shitty place. it takes you an hour to cross the damn town thats a quarter or bergen county. and rt 17, THE most congested highway/junction by GSP in probably the world. it also consist of mainly black and spanish ppl which is a bad thing
glen rock kid- yo wanna go to paramus and pick up some black crack whores?
other kid- yea man, that'll be so easy.

Shamelessly seeking validation/adoration from anyone who will give it to you.
From the movie, "Soap Dish" in which Sally Field's character is feeling bad about herself, so she goes to the Garden State Plaza (a.k.a. Paramus Mall) to get recognized and adored by her fans.
Rose: "Give them my best in Paramus!"

Largest private school in NJ, located in an upper-middle class Northern NJ town,Paramus;principal boasts of an abnormally large collection of flags around the perimeter of the building, diverse student body,a large 'bubble' used for sports much like one used in professional sports arenas, and a large weight training facility; generally less snooty than the other North Jersey Catholic High Schools; home to many guidos, wiggers, and several other people who assume themselves to be ghetto fabulous; many residents of P-town, Clifton,Shag-Lawn, and every other Northern town go here; common to see (Tony Soprano) James Gandolfini's dad in the cafeteria serving fries; often goes by the abbreviation "PC";also known as the best high school ever.
I feel like every time I go to the Garden State Plaza I see people in their Paramus Catholic uniforms from
the co-ed uniform company.
