A person that says something really stupid or obvious. Anyone in a group of people that stands out for a bad reason, is a nobby. Also can use the word *Norbert* in this case.

1st person: "Let's go surfing in that lake"
2nd Person: "Good one Nobby"

1st person: "Coming to that foam party tonight? Wear jeans, everyone else is"
2nd person: **Turns up in Trackies**
1st person: What the hell were you thinking Nobby?
