Mopped the Floor

To put someone, or something, to complete shame, or humiliation, and to better it in every capacity; to utterly outdo, outperform or outwit. The phrase is used to conjure sentiments of shaming to the point of using that thing for the lowly task of mopping the floor with. Generally used in past, or more rarely, future or prospective tense.

1. Peyton Manning just mopped the floor with Tom Brady.

2. That kid just mopped the floor of that Pogs tournament!

3. Gandalf would totally mop the floor with Harry Potter.

getting the fuck beat out of you; usually by a being of african american descent, nonetheless it could be a caucasian doing the mopping....used to describe the beating of an individual. sometimes people jeer comments during a mopping with trifling remarks such as, "mop, mop, mop, miggity mop, mopmopmopmopmop, miggity mop.)

got mopped

This is a phrase which is used in order to show the act of putting someone down. It's like when someone says something extremely dumb, leaving himself completely open to insult, and then another person says something which brings shame and utter humiliation
to the person who just said the dumb thing. A third person is then introduced, being responsible to yell the insulting phrase in order to make the first person feel even more stupid.

person 1: Did you see that car? It was ugly!
person 2: Your face is ugly!
person 3: YOU JUST GOT MOPPED!
