This is a peculiar selfie face made my millennials, usually females but some males have joined the bandwagon too.
You get a MIFF when you turn your head sideways while still looking straight. Then you make a duck pout which points in the opposite direction of your head turn. So if you turn your head left your dock pout should turn right and vice versa.
This contortion allegedly makes your face looks elongated and creates an illusion of you being thinner than you actually are.
Usually used by females who are insecure about their bodies and their faces.
