noun: A local dish native to the region of Lubliana, Slovenia, consisting of several pounds of low-quality ground red meat, cooked with little or no added seasoning and served in the shape of a rectangular block or a miniature mountain with a small Slovene toothpick flag stuck on top. In Slovene culture, you can't have your ice cream until you finish your meatpost.

Or "Meat pawp" generally refers to a super hot dude with a nice shlong. Usually named danny or james. He lures you in with his sweet, funny nature, then locks you in with that sweet, delicious meat pawp.
