McDreamy

A drink similar to tea but that has ice-cream substituted for the milk. Vanilla ice-cream is preferred, however it can be made with any flavour. When all three flavours of Neopolitan ice-cream are used, the drink becomes a rainbow-moss .

Created by @malloryistaken and @klippan_awesome of Australia in 2009, the drink is steadily spreading in popularity.
