a card game where the object is to get rid of all your cards first. however, you get cards for talking or not saying the right rules. it can be very confusing for someone who has never played before. when you start playing with someone new, you do not tell them the rules. they have to figure out them as they go along. it can get frustrating
dude how do you play this 'mau' game
talking (gives card)
this is lame
talking (gives card)
...
point of order, just try and figure it out ok? end point of order

One of the better card games on the planet. There are literally MILLIONS of variations. One variation believes it is against the rules to speak about the rules.

The Panzerkampfwagon VIII "Maus" was a German superheavy tank that was introduced towards the end of WWII. She featured the thickest armor any had ever seen, two enormous cannons, and was overall the biggest thing you have ever seen. Only 2 were built, one was destroyed and the other was captured by the Red Army. It was called "Maus" because they figured the Allies would hear the term, (Maus translates to Mouse), and think of a small, light tank, thus they would send few forces after it, then be crushed by the mighty landship.
"Mein Fürher, Unsere Panzer können diesem Ansturm nicht standhalten!"
"Bah, Bau mir einen neuen Panzer. Der Größte und der Beste!"
"Ja Kommandant. Nennen wir es, die Maus."
