Bestie Intuition

"Bestie Intuition" is some sort of higher 'knowledge based' power between two or more best friends where in everyday life or conversation, one can guess or even predict the thought or action-plan of another bestie before they say or do the thing that they had planned in there mind..

This "power" or "sixth sense" is often found between twins or extremely close siblings.

Example:

Ben - "hey man, whats doin'?"

Mitch - "oh hey man, nothin' much, just thort i'd have some food, i was thinking n....."

Ben - "Noodles?!"

Mitch - "ahh yeah dude, how'd you guess that before i even said it thow?"

Ben - "Bestie Intuition my friend... Bestie Intuition :)"

Something that every woman has where you just know. Whether it's that your lover is cheating on you or you get uneasy vibes from a co-worker, it's that gut feeling telling you that something is wrong. It may come in the form of a dream, deja vu, a funny feeling, all three, or something else. Never doubt this feeling. Ever.

I'd had many unsettling dreams and my woman's intuition told me that my best friend was sneaking around with my ex-boyfriend, and when I confronted her about it turned out I was right.

intuitive eating

Invented by Steven Hawks, a professor at BYU in Utah. The idea is that you can eat whatever you want, but only when you are actually hungry. This idea in theory keeps you from desiring or craving foods a diet wouldn't allow you to have. Professor Hawks apparently lost 50 pounds by following this philosophy, along with exercise, and is advocating it as a healtier lifestyle than just counting calories and dieting all the time.
