The nonsensical delusional state of being wherein one begins to construct their own reality. Symptoms include deceptively making up new terms, phrases or pronouns to describe common sense things that already have perfectly valid and honestly descriptive words, in an attempt to change people's perception in favor of some weird personal agenda.

Non-hyperfullashitosis version: Jack is an old retarded fatass prick.

Hyperfullashitosis version: Jack is a senior citizen dealing with adult adhd, narcissistic personality disorder, and battling obesity.
