A term used to call out some one who has fail, usally used in games when a player as been killed or fails to perform a task.

Person 1: Oh damn Demie fell down the pipe!
Person 2: FOILED!

The 'loose' (usually sitting on a bed or coffee table) foil or tray that is already 'set' (already has a piece of heroin, etc, on it.)
