When something disgusts you so much to the point of making you sad, angry, and sick to your stomach. The feeling you get when you think of him with another girl. It’s more than just heartbreak of sadness or jealousy it’s absolutely disgust and resentment mixed with heartache.

In nominal terms, a dickstick is another term for a dildo. By extrapolation, "dickstick" is a Tomism (see Tomism) and used as a mild insult to one's intelligence. Useable as a substitute for "dipshit", "dickstick" usually indicates one's displeasure of another person's actions.
