Famous mod created for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PC Version) that totally assraped its reputation. The mod unlocks a hidden sex mini-game in which you pleasure your prostitute by doing different combos and such. In the end of it all the game gets slaped with and AO (Adults Only) rating for content not even included in the game, while the n00b who created it gets off scott-free

A "hidden" secret in the Rockstar game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" that allows players to play sex mini-games. This fiasco has resulted in the game being rated AO (Adults Only) and pulled from the shelves of most all game stores.
I finally got to Hot Coffee in GTA, but I got bored of it after a few minutes and returned to my favorite source for free adult content: the Internet.

A hidden mini game in GTA: San Andreas that includes nudity, and, therefore, earned GTA: San Andreas an AO rating, even after having an M rating for about a year, probably making it the first game to be given a new rating after having a rating and being released with that rating. Walmart, Target, and Circut City have subsequently dropped GTA: San Andreas from their inventory of games, and Take Two plans on releasing a new version without the Hot Coffee mod, giving it back its M rating. Well-preserved copies of the game that have the M rating on the box and disk while still having the Hot Coffee mod are sure to become collector's items.
Hot Coffee allows you to have sex with a game character if you complete all the "Girlfriend" missions.
