This phrase is an excerpt from the highly acclaimed "My Humps". The "milk" referred to here is the man juice. The "coco puffs" would be the colored woman's bazookas. This phrase would best be used in a sexual context, usually in direction-giving and whatnot.

Coco Puff

A Coco Puff is the product that is a result of trying to smoke cocaine in a cigarette.

What you do in order to make one is you take a regular filtered cigarette, you wet it all around with saliva, then you get about a bumps' worth of coke, spread it on the moist cigarette, let it dry, and then smoke!

These work great for doing lines then taking a drag. It definetly ups the rush.

"Hey let's buy some cigarettes so we can make some of those Coco Puff's."
