Chuckling On "the" Inside. This was developed as a substitute for those texters, gamers, and twitterers who, 99% of the time, don't actually Laugh Out Loud when they type LOL countless times per day. Be truthful, just type COI. This may also inspire the person who only made you silently chuckle to try and one-up themselves and make you laugh out loud, or possibly even roll on the floor while laughing, next time.
I just read somebody's funny comment in the World of Warcraft chatroom. But it wasn't that funny, therefore I didn't make any actual sound when reading it.....COI.
