A slang word used mainly in hood areas (chicago, DMV, Atlanta, and etc.) to use as another word for shooting.

Girl 1: you know what happened at the mall yesterday.

Girl 2: yea, Girl I heard they were blicking

Girl 1: I heard they blicked about 16 times
