Word play on the phrase "House of cards". A dwelling where a bunch of extasy addicts live. (e-tards). They sit around and roll on x all day and all night until parkinson's disease kicks in.

Dude, i went over to dwayne johnson's pad. I scored some blue dolphins but i don't like to hang out there. That place is a house of tards.
