Maxx "C" Challenge

In Yu-Gi-Oh, when you decide to continue your plays and special summon monsters, despite the fact that your opponent used Maxx "C" allowing them to draw a card for each special summon. The challenge comes from whether to continue summoning your monsters or not to make sure your opponent does not draw more cards.

Person 1: I discard Maxx "C" and activate it's effect. Response?
