Brown State

The brown state is when a brown user goes into an uncontrollable trance where they block out everything and do not know their surroundings. When exiting out of the brown state brown users may suffer from side effects of the brown state. A shorter term for this incident can be simply know as browning out.

someone who feels that their state is better then all other states to the point that they have no interest in visiting any other state and in some cases are even OPPOSED to visiting other states because they have deemed them lesser than their own (with the exception of their current state of residence).
