A dirty drunk is a woman who hasn't showered in a few months for the pleasure of smelling her BO while drinking heavy liquor; especially when having sexual intercourse. Never deal with a dirty drunk, they are normally high priced sluts and have many STDs that you do not want to deal with in the future. Also the like to do rim jobs (aka eating out the asshole, or just licking and sucking the asshole for sexual pleasure.)
