You don't wanna know, but if you must, it's Riggy x Pasta man/Clone Riggy/Preston. The ship originally wasn't called this and wasn't very popular until SOMEONE (Ket) drew "Riggy doing a sick flip" and it blew up, kickstarting the ship and calling it "sick flip".

Person A: dude, have you seen that image of Riggy doing a sick flip?
Person B: yeah, I don't really like it

It is a multi definition word, It can mean that you have germs, and bacteria on you, and that you cough/sneeze.
It can also mean that something or someone is cool.
It can also mean that someone is disgusting, and rude.

"I need soup, im sick."
"That is soo sick, dude!"
"You are disgusting, you are sick!"
