Pulling a Smashley

When someone gets a new job, and attends all the training but quits before the actual job starts. Usually occurs because that person is a stoner that cannot remember the code for a satsumi orange.
I ended up pulling a smashley the other day. I learned during my job training I would need to memorize the table numbers at the pizza joint. :(
