Yeah, I grew up in Europe. Unfortunately, Kaiserslautern is the German version of Pittsburgh or Detroit; absolute post-industrial wasteland. I can see jobs dying when I walk down the street.

post-Twilight depression

the feeling a person gets when they finish the last book of the Twilight saga, Breaking Dawn, and decide that its dull and boring main character will never measure up to the skillfully-crafted main characters in the Harry Potter series

I finished reading the Twilight saga, and then I felt like I would go through a post-Twilight depression, but it quickly ended... I realized that in twenty years from now, in the middle of my midlife crisis, I would re-read the Harry Potter series for comfort, not Twilight, which just can't be compared to J.K. Rowling's writing style.

Prime-post-time

The time of day most of your friends will visit facebook. Usually when you post your status during the day when people are at work, no one will see it and therefore you will get no comments. But usually between 6-10 friends will check others statuses and comment.

"Melanie, how com no one commented or liked the picture of Emmitt sleeping on my work shoes?"
"Well Allie, did you post it during prime-post-time?"

Post-Christmas Dumping

A popular, yet unheard of holiday tradition that usually takes place the night of Christmas or at any point in time on the day after Christmas. In this tradition, one locks his or herself in a bathroom for an unusually large period of time and painfully excretes all holiday fruitcakes consumed over the past few days. This tradition is a wonderful way to say say goodbye to the Christmas season and to prepare your bowels for the upcoming new years.

Brian: That was a great Christmas season. Best Christmas ever!
Jimmy: Yeah it was! But now it's time for the Post-Christmas Dumping. See you in a couple hours.
