Similar to a pheen a ween is a person known for lingering around for large periods of time usually at shops, compounds, trap houses where large amounts of drugs typically meth is being used. They will smoke all your shit, hit your stem, drink your bong water, lick your bag, carpet surf etc for a ghost hit.
